State and Local Government Protocol

• The State/Local Government Protocol ( 409 KB) establishes roles and responsibilities of State government and local government in the Queensland system of local government.
• It also fulfils the Queensland Government’s obligations under the National IGA ( 22 KB) (National Inter-governmental Agreement Establishing Principles to Guide Inter-Governmental Relations on Local Government Matters).
