• Integrated Planning Act 1997
  The Integrated Planning Act (IPA) and the Integrated Development Assessement System (IDAS) are the legal and administrative framework of Queensland’s planning and development assessment system.
• Sustainable Planning Act 2009
  The Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA) will commence in late 2009. The Act has now been passed by Parliament but will not replace IPA until it commences later this year.
• Iconic Queensland Places Act 2008
  The Iconic Queensland Places Act 2008 (IQPA) protects places with characteristics or qualities in their natural or built environment that reflect or contribute in a substantial way to Queensland’s character.
