Special Purpose Vehicles are entities set up by but separate from the Queensland Government. Special Purpose Vehicles provide governance, management and delivery of major infrastructure including the:

• Western Corridor Recycled Water Project
• Southern Regional Water Pipeline
• Airport Link Tunnel Project
• South East Queensland Desalination Plant
• other key water infrastructure projects.
