Schedule 5 of the State Penalties Enforcement Regulation 2000 sets out the offences under the Integrated Planning Act 1997 where Penalty Infringement Notices (PINS) may be issued and the fines that apply. The guidelines are intended for use by local government officers and members of the development industry.
