If an individual believes that the Department of Infrastructure and Planning or a member of its staff has not dealt with the person’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Principles of the Information Privacy Act 2009, a complaint may be made to the department. How to make a complaintA privacy complaint must be in writing and must give particulars of the nature of the privacy breach. The complaint should be made as soon as possible after the incident and should include as much detail as possible about the incident.
