Corporate governance framework

Corporate governance framework outlines the manner in which the Department leads, manages and governs to achieve strategic goals and operational objectives. The purpose of corporate governance is to facilitate accountability and responsibility for performance and ethical behaviour.

Disability service plan

The Disability service plan ( 180 KB) reflects our commitment to diversity and respect for individuals. This plan contains strategies and actions to minimise and, where possible, eliminate discriminatory practices and increase access to our services and facilities for people with a disability.

Multicultural Action Plan

The Multicultural Queensland - making a world of difference Action Plan demonstrates the department’s commitment to multiculturalism. Through this Multicultural Action Plan ( 171 KB), the department will strive to influence local government and industry sectors to ensure that cultural diversity is recognised and valued so that everyone, regardless of background, has an opportunity to benefit positively as a result of our work.

Service delivery statement

The department's service delivery statement provides budgeted financial and non-financial information for the budget year and replaces the previous Ministerial Portfolio Statement documents.

Strategic plan

The strategic plan has been developed with a focus on planning, coordination and delivery of infrastructure. Our strategic plan is strengthened by the inclusion and integration of planning in order to achieve sustainable development and sustainable communication.
