| IDAS Assessment Checklist |

The IDAS Assessment Checklist is a component of IDAS Form 1. It is used to assist in identifying any applicable state assessment and referral requirements, and IDAS Form 1 Parts relevant to an application. This checklist is required to be completed for all development applications except those involving land in an urban development area, or building work requiring assessment only against the Building Act 1975. Interim questionnaire for the SEQ Regional Plan 2009-2031 regulatory provisionsThe South East Queensland Regional Plan 2009-2031 State Planning Regulatory Provisions took effect on 28 July 2009. The provisions replace the draft provisions released in December 2008. Under the new provisions, some of the circumstances under which development applications are referred to the Department of Infrastructure and Planning have changed.

Interim questionnaire for the SEQ Koala SPRPThe South East Queensland Koala State Planning Regulatory Provisions (SEQ Koala SPRP) took effect on 1 July 2009. The provisions replace the draft provisions released in December 2008. Under the new provisions, some of the circumstances under which development applications are referred to the Department of Infrastructure and Planning have changed, as have the provisions relating to the clearing of certain vegetation.
The Interim questionnaire for the SEQ Koala SPRP and Koala Plan (; (It should be noted that this questionnaire is not an approved IDAS form.) There are two referral agencies that assess development in koala habitat areas in SEQ— the Department of Infrastructure and Planning (DIP) and the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM). The questionnaire is structured according to which department is the referral agency. The following information and links to maps will assist in completing the questionnaire.
