Translating and interpreting service

If you have difficulty understanding a document and need an interpreter, we provide access to a translating and interpreting service.  You will not be charged for this service.

How to access a translator or interpreter

To contact the Translating and Interpreting Service - TIS National:

  1. Telephone 131 450
  2. Ask them to telephone the Queensland Department of Infrastructure and Planning on 07 3227 8548.
