  • empty the pool to a water depth below 300mm within 48 hours of receipt of this notice and arrange an inspection with our Building Inspector. Furthermore, the water depth must be maintained below 300mm at all times until compliant pool fencing has been inspected and approved
  • complete the pool fence as previously directed to ensure compliance with the standards prescribed in the Building Act 1975 and the Standard Building Regulation 1993, within 5 business days of this notice.
